This workshop will build on early results achieved by the ECN Blockchain working group. The question is, how can we set the right conditions for the advent of an open, secure, trustworthy, transparent, and EU law compliant data and transactional environment? The results of the workshop will inform recommendations on policy approaches and concrete actions.

What are the steps, times and costs to consider for platforms, making access to finance and global lending more rewarding for both lenders and borrowers?
